We start by covering the benefits of working (and collaborating) with private and public customers to understand and address the needs that drive the daily workflows of DPReview customers. The vision for this new business unit is to offer a comprehensive and essential toolkit to help filmmakers and creative types easily assess and master their work in a timely manner. This is not only necessary for DPReview, but also for education/research purposes, so we can help support the educational community at large. Now, in the face of increasing demand and the ongoing release of more and more products every month, the scope of what we feel we need to provide is much larger. So what will your DPReview purchase look like going forward? How will you access the information you need? What will we be able to offer you that you can't find elsewhere, and what will it mean to our customers who will use DPReview as a resource in their production? The answer to all of these questions is in these sections. After a brief look at our product pipeline, we'll talk about the types of customers we're going after. We already have our group of customers, but we're planning on collecting as much information as we can from this group and expanding our reach as we share what it's like to work with DPReview as a "customer".

We must walk before we run, therefore we are first setting the stage as a user of DPReview. If you want to help us out and take a survey, our data can help you until the end of the year.
