At laparotomy, if no major bleeding is present, compression alone or electrocautery, bipolar devices, argon beam coagulation, topical hemostatic agents, simple suture of the hepatic parenchyma, or omental patching may be sufficient to stop the bleeding [34, 66, 71,72,73].
This page contains a collection of official patch notes for Escape from Tarkov. It's not complete, and it has to be noted that the developer Battlestate Games intentionally doesn't announce every change to keep surprises for the players.
Escape from Tarkov entered its official Closed Beta Testing stage in Jul 2017 with patch v0.2.67.302. The closed beta was available to owners of all pre-order editions, regardless of the purchase date.
Five years into the Emperor's reign, Imperial Intelligence agents found a cache of communications devices on the remote world of Murkhana and referred the case to the ISB, who brought the matter to the Emperor and his Imperial Ruling Council. It was ultimately decided to dispatch Moff Wilhuff Tarkin and Darth Vader to investigate the cache, which was in reality set up by a small rebel cell, despite the ISB hoping to receive full oversight of the investigation from Imperial Intelligence and the Naval Intelligence Agency.[2]
In Liyue, The Chasm and Dunyu Ruins are two known locations majorly impacted by the cataclysm. Monsters poured out of the Chasm and in response, Morax sent the Millelith to defend and evacuate the miners. The yaksha Bosacius, who had once abandoned his duty to defend Liyue after going mad from karma, was drawn to the bloodshed and fought alongside the Millelith. Bosacius, the exorcist Boyang, and some of the Millelith who chose to lead the vanguard ultimately perished in The Chasm after luring the monsters into a mysterious underground palace with the power to negate the power of the Abyss and using the Fantastic Compass to seal them in the Chasm's Bed.[56][57] Liyue eventually won the battle, but at the cost of many lives.[58]
The Steam version includes most of the DLC in its normal version, but some content that is DLC in the console versions is being omitted for licensing reasons, such as Noel's Assassin's Creed and Mass Effect-themed costumes. It was soon found that the assets for said costumes were still in the PC files and could be unlocked but a patch released 22 December removed the assets, potentially breaking the save files of people who had unlocked the costumes.
