Aiyyaa HD is a 2016 Indian Malayalam romantic comedy film written, directed and co-produced by Ranjith Sankar. S. Anwar Radhakrishnan and Sarayu play the lead roles in this film. It is the third and final installment in the trilogy of Aiyyaa, Aakaash and Aayikkikataan. Rewind to the years 1982 and 1996 where three children named Aiyyaa, Aakaash, and Aayikkikataan are born in three different cities. Aiyyaa is born and raised in 1983, Aakaash in 1991, and Aayikkikataan in 1992. These children grow up to be all adults. Aiyyaa meets Irshad who they believe is her missing brother named Aakaash. Aiyyaa and Aakaash fall for each other and begin a relationship. In 1996, Aayikkikataan meets Shamsher, who tries to take advantage of him. Aayikkikataan realizes that Shamsher is his bastard cousin Sandhu, and they fight. The other children try to keep their secret to themselves that Aiyyaa and Aakaash are their siblings, and Aayikkikataan is Aakaash’s son.
